Day 72: Gumbo No. 5

Asked the kids what they wanted for dinner, hoping to hear Hot Dogs as an answer, nice and easy. Gumbo was the reply, thereby ensuring 30 mins of prep, 40 mins of constant stirring and a very late dinner.
